Manager, Talent and Performance (Fully Remote)

What You’ll Do:

• Support a global workforce with practical HR partnership and people practices.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
• Lead talent initiatives and improve HR policies and processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5–7 years of HR experience across employee relations, performance, and policy.
• Strong judgment, communication, and data-informed problem-solving skills.
• Experience in global organizations and supporting employees outside the U.S.
