Manager, Talent Acquisition GTM (Fully Remote)

• Lead a global recruiting team supporting GTM and G&A organizations.
• Act as a player-coach to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and inspire a team of 3+ Talent Acquisition partners to deliver hiring goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate hiring plans into quarterly operating plans.
• Champion global recruiting process improvements and leverage AI tools.

You Should Have:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, 5+ managing high-performing recruiters.
• Experience in a SaaS environment and curiosity to try new approaches.
