This is an opportunity to work with a range of alternative investment clients while building deeper expertise across accounting, financial reporting, client service, and team management.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, adaptable finance professional who is comfortable taking ownership of their work, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, financial services, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience within private equity, alternative investments, or financial services is preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Experience reviewing financial information and identifying or resolving discrepancies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to xhqgsiq detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to build and maintain effective client and internal relationships
- Experience coaching, reviewing the work of, or supporting junior team members
- Professional accounting certification or progress toward one is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and interested in continued professional development
