Manager/Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Private Equity Accounting Supervisor/Manager to oversee fund accounting and reporting activities, manage key client relationships, and provide leadership to junior accounting professionals.

This is an opportunity to work with a range of alternative investment clients while building deeper expertise across accounting, financial reporting, client service, and team management.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, adaptable finance professional who is comfortable taking ownership of their work, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, financial services, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience within private equity, alternative investments, or financial services is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Experience reviewing financial information and identifying or resolving discrepancies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to build and maintain effective client and internal relationships
• Experience coaching, reviewing the work of, or supporting junior team members
• Professional accounting certification or progress toward one is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and interested in continued professional development
