Role Overview
The Manager, Strategy will be a critical part of day‑to‑day support across all team functions: administrative, strategic, creative, executional, and production. You will collaborate with the content team to develop and execute brand stories, campaigns, and partnerships. Key responsibilities include partner proposal evaluation, concept development, project management, negotiation, creative and production oversight, and optimization across campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support brief and concept development, negotiation, legal, and creative processes.
- Assist with build‑out and formatting of materials, overview decks, evaluations, and campaign kick‑off materials.
- Contribute to brainstorms and ideation sessions; support team in idea development and build‑out of program opportunities. Proactively seek out creative partners and collaborations.
- Critical administrative support: note‑taking, scheduling and leading meetings, distilling conversations into clear next steps, maintaining timelines, managing internal and client‑facing status documents, and reviewing contracts.
- Provide industry and landscape education: stay on top of current content, storytelling, and technology trends and share insights with the team.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: develop relationships internally and with partners.

Work Location Policy
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in‑office days are directed by their agency or manager. Many agencies and the corporate group require five days of in‑office attendance.
