Position Summary: The Manager, Sterile Processing, will be responsible for managing the 24/7 operations of the Sterile Processing Department. They will monitor inventory and utilization levels to ensure adequate availability of patient care and treatment materials. The Manager will develop and ensure conformance with policies and procedures related to the handling, sterilization, cleaning, maintenance, storage, and assembly of patient care supplies, equipment, and instruments.
Key Responsibilities: Knowledge and Skills: Education: Experience: 7 years' experience as a sterile processing technician and three years of supervisory experience Licensure/ Certifications: The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
