Leading a global team of Statistical Programmers, the full-time Manager, Statistical Programming will ensure high-quality delivery of SDTM datasets, ADaM datasets, and TLFs while managing project timelines and budgets, and fostering team development in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversees project activities, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of statistical programming tasks Coaches and develops team members, promoting continuous learning and collaboration within the Statistical Programming function Implements departmental process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and quality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field 10+ years of experience in Statistical Programming, specifically with SAS and R, preferably in a CRO environment Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects within clinical development Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to statistical programming Experience in developing and implementing best practices and process improvements
