We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager – Analytics Consulting to lead high-impact, client-facing analytics engagements. This role orchestrates high-level delivery governance, strategic alignment, and the commercial integrity of the Power BI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Governance: Manages the monthly Steering Committee and weekly project planning sessions to ensure strategic alignment with client's scaling goals
  • Strategic Escalation: Facilitates issue resolution through effective escalation channels between client leadership and Tiger’s offshore execution teams.
  • Commercial Management: Oversees fixed-price commercial milestones
  • Value Realization: Ensures the engagement delivers the "Metric Truth" by standardizing corporate KPIs within the semantic layer.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous datasets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and clarity in all deliverables

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related field, preferably in Wealth management, banking and finance domains.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • BI Ecosystem Strategy: Deep understanding of BI Platform Modernization , specifically transitioning from Tableau to Microsoft Fabric/Power BI .
  • AI for BI Advocacy: Familiarity with enabling NLP-based AI capabilities (Copilot, Fabric Agents) within Power BI to drive intuitive data exploration.
  • Governance Frameworks: Experience implementing Reporting Governance models for report lifecycles, from structured intake to retirement of unused assets.
  • Proven experience creating executive-ready presentations and storytelling with data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with ambiguous, incomplete, or “fuzzy” data
