Manager, Senior Manager – Business Development Strategy, Finance & Restructuring

• Support the continued growth and success of the Finance & Restructuring practice
• Plan, support, and implement business development activities to expand Pillsbury’s business and reputation
• Advise lawyers on effective client pitch strategies
• Conduct research and analysis
• Create compelling proposals and pitch materials
• Manage strategic events
• Complete lawyer directory and league table submissions
• Collaborate with the Finance & Restructuring practice and colleagues across the platform

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Collegial, collaborative, team-player attributes
• Self-starter able to juggle numerous high-visibility projects on fast timetables
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments
• Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field
