Key responsibilities: Lead the SAP Sales and Service functional area, collaborating with Business Process Owners to establish and prioritize processes Provide subject matter expertise to manage the software development lifecycle of SAP Sales, Service, and related processes Manage the SAP Sales and Service functional team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Required qualifications: 15+ years of SAP ERP experience, particularly with SAP S/4HANA Core Sales Service Management 5+ full life-cycle experience in SAP Sales and Service Management 7+ years of direct people-management experience leading a technical or functional team Hands-on experience in Order to Cash process design and integration with SAP FICO and CRM systems A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, or Software Engineering is preferred
