Leading the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) functional area, the full-time remote Manager SAP FICO will manage application design and implementation, provide leadership to the SAP FICO team, and serve as a subject matter expert in SAP systems. Key responsibilities: Lead the functional area of SAP FICO and collaborate with Business Process Owners to prioritize process needs and support application integration Architect and implement global design strategies for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards Own end-to-end SAP FICO solution architecture, ensuring consistency across various business units and advising finance teams on advanced capabilities Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling Module Experience in at least two S/4HANA implementation projects Minimum of 3 lifecycle implementations in SAP focused on Finance and its integrations Strong functional knowledge of SAP GL, AA, COPC, and COPA Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Core, Data Model, and Fiori Apps
