In this role, you will be ARAG’s Salesforce champion, recommending improvements and new features.

strategy of ARAG’s Salesforce systems, guiding optimal architecture and data models for an integrated technical solutions to advance both homegrown and Salesforce.com platformsDrives implementation of Salesforce enhancements to meet emerging business needs, including automation, personalized workflows, and predictive intelligenceMaintains a deep understanding of ARAG’s audiences, processes, systems and tools to identify gaps and recommend future state Salesforce capabilitiesCreates and maintains comprehensive Salesforce documentation of business requirements, processes, architecture standards and trainingWorks with data stakeholders to maintain application data flows, enhances data collection methods and creates data integrity plans for all audiencesOversees the development and maintenance of data models and data integration processesServes as liaison between business and development teams to ensure high-level business and user requirements are translated into functional technical requirementsCoordinates and maintains integrations with internal and external data sources and applicationsConducts quality assurance (QA), testing and troubleshooting exercises to ensure dependability and consistency of data and processesEstablishes metrics and methods for tracking data quality, completeness, redundancy, and improvementsMonitors Salesforce.com system releases and Salesforce Community, sharing developments with stakeholders and makes recommendations for new feature adoptionManages Salesforce.com, consulting, and other 3rd party application vendor relationshipsActs as evangelist of Salesforce best practices, data standards and integrations to heighten ARAG’s Salesforce maturityCollaborates with data analysts and business intelligence teams to deliver actionable insights.Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practicesPrepares and manages team objectives, plan, priorities and budgetProvides thought leadership, keeping pulse on trends and technology and proactively bring opportunities to the organization for considerationServes as a change agent to drive organizational transformation, creative ideation and innovationServe as a positive role model by representing ARAG at its bestOther duties as assignedPeople ManagementManages Salesforce Administrator and Data Development team membersCollaboratively set goals and expectations, ensuring continued personal and professional development, celebrating successes, and providing constructive feedbackPartners with Salesforce team members to provide guidance on Salesforce principles, ensuring efforts align with company, stakeholder and end user prioritiesPartners with Data Development team members to provide guidance and oversight on data modeling and mapping for all data structures at ARAGMentors team members through the creation of innovative and impactful solutions, keeping dependencies, integrations and scope top of mindChampions continuous learning, ensuring team members acquire specialized skills and capabilities to deliver the next generation of system functionalityQualificationsKnowledgeProven experience managing and developing othersExpert knowledge of Salesforce system and data structures, specifically Financial Services Cloud and the Insurance Data ModelStrong knowledge of Salesforce data architectureRobust understanding of existing and emerging CRM trends, best practices, third party applications and API capabilitiesKnowledge of agile development methodology and project management toolsWorking knowledge of internal and external digital asset capabilities (i.e. Marketing Cloud platform)Experience with vendor management and contract negotiationsSkillsAbility to deliver a short-term and long-term Salesforce and data vision that encompasses both customer and business needsAbility to conduct proof of concepts.Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and SOQLAbility to manage and hold accountable dynamic team members experience.Experience7+ years of experience with CRM systems, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred. 3+ years of management experience preferred.Certifications, Licenses, Associations, etc.Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred.PhysicalMinimal travel required.
