Job Description
Project Planning (for timeline and resources) and tracking for progress/delays by coordinating between internal cross-functional teams – R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, GSCO, IPMG, Finance, etc.
Project Planning (for timeline and resources) and tracking for progress/delays by coordinating between internal cross-functional teams – R&D, Pre-clinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, GSCO, IPMG, Finance, etc.
Conducting/ participating in Project review meetings, circulating MOM and following up on the action plans, ensuring their prompt closure.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to re-evaluate program plan based on change in strategy, delays and in line with business priorities
- Identification of potential risks and critical path activities that can affect the program, and flag them to appropriate stakeholders for mitigation
- Support preparation of project trackers and reports for senior management discussions.
Proficiency with Project tracking tools like MS Project, Power BI and Planisware.
Work Experience
5 years+ experience in core Project management
Education
Masters in Business Administration or Pharmaceutical Technology
