Description

- Estimate costs, recurring and non-recurring.
- Analyze and evaluate contract terms and commercial proposals.
- Prepare documentation for internal reviews and act as contractual point of contact with our customers.
- Prepare and submit proposals to customers.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and incorporate results into existing contracts.
- Pursue and conclude any past due commercial claims with the customer.
- Communicate, coordinate, and monitor requirements and performance of out-of-scope work with program management, finance, procurement, engineering, quality, and the Director of Contracts as required.
- Direct the work of Contract Administrators and other respective administrative staff.

- Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives.
- Track project progress, prepare status updates, and escalate issues to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination, and successful program delivery.
