Overview:The Production Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the Vinyl Acetate unit, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient use of personnel and resources to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities, developing solutions, and implementing initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, productivity, and overall unit performance. This is an on-site position based in Bay City, Texas.Responsibilities: Stewardship – Owner of the stewardship performance for the operating areaEnsures employees understand the Stewardship programs for the area (Life critical, Environmental, reporting) Member of Site Leadership TeamStrong knowledge of Process Safety Administration of Process safety requirements (i.e.
