Job Overview

This role provides leadership and accountability for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology platform supporting R&D at DePuy Synthes. The position plays a critical role in enabling compliant, efficient, and scalable product development by aligning PLM capabilities with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end ownership of the PLM technology platform, ensuring stable, secure, and compliant operations across the product lifecycle. Define and execute the PLM platform strategy and roadmap in alignment with R&D, Quality, and enterprise IT objectives. Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business needs into effective PLM solutions. Lead platform enhancements, system integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and usability. Ensure PLM solutions meet global regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements. Manage vendor relationships, service delivery and budget for PLM technologies and
