You will lead the execution of processes to eliminate losses while developing strategies to improve organizational growth by reducing non-value-added activities and ensuring continuous improvement. Working with plant leadership, you will support a plant of 230 hourly and salaried team members in process improvement activities. **A Taste of Your Responsibilities** * Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders of all Conagra Performance System pillars* Own multiple Conagra Performance System pillars, including Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development, and Autonomous Manufacturing Development* Collaborate with functions across the site to drive continuous improvement activities and results* Coach teams to analyze data, prioritize projects, use problem-solving tools, and implement systemic solutions* Lead the execution of projects designed to deliver Key Performance Indicators* Promote Conagra Performance System concepts daily through coaching and auditing* Foster technological transformation through the use and improvement of digital tools* Engage with Continuous Improvement leaders at both enterprise and plant levels to improve standards, share best practices, and reapply key learnings **Ingredients Required for Your Success** * Bachelor's degree* More than five years of manufacturing operations experience* More than five years of experience with continuous improvement systems such as total productive maintenance, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma* More than five years of management experience* Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, and PowerPoint* Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment* Demonstrated influential leadership and effective communication skills* Skilled at developing short-term and long-term plans for strategic and tactical execution #LI-Onsite #LI-MSL #LI-PM2 **Compensation** Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
