Our client is an innovative and people-focused tech organization with a highly collaborative and well-established HR function. This opportunity offers the chance to work within a sophisticated HR team dedicated to refining talent strategies and performance frameworks.

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mgr., Performance Management to join our client’s dynamic HR team. This is a one-year temporary assignment designed to support and enhance performance management practices. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on experience in leading end-to-end performance cycles, especially within high-growth or tech-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement updates to performance management processes and systems
• Drive planning, execution, and analysis of performance review cycles
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, analytics, compensation, and systems teams
• Build, test, and improve talent workflows and dashboards (Workday/Tableau)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine feedback loops and performance forms
• Support strategic skills assessments and advise on modern talent practices
• Lead A/B testing of new feedback methods and process improvements
• Guide the team through performance strategy, planning, and year-end review cycles

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Talent Management, Performance Management, or HR Operations
• Strong Workday expertise—especially building workflows and performance tools
• Experience owning and leading performance/talent programs—not just participating in them
• Tech industry or high-growth environment experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success executing strategic HR projects with minimal guidance
• Tableau experience is a plus (not required)
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional partners across departments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
