Roughly 30% of your time lives in payroll, working side by side with accounting on processing, tax compliance, and employee expense report management across US and international jurisdictions.
The remaining 70% is HR operations: supporting global benefits administration across the US, Chile, India, UK, and EOR countries; compliance program management; HRIS ownership including a new platform implementation; leave management; and vendor relationships across our benefits broker network and HR tech stack.You'll be the connective tissue between our US-based People Ops function and specialists in Chile and India, ensuring global initiatives are executed consistently.
