Manager of Rentals Collections

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time remote Manager of Rentals Collections will oversee the end-to-end performance of collections, set portfolio strategy, enforce credit policies, and manage relationships with both onshore and offshore partners to drive improvements in collections metrics. Key responsibilities Own and drive collections performance metrics, including days sales outstanding and recovery rates Lead and develop a team of specialists, managing hiring, performance, and career growth Establish and enforce credit policies and oversee outsourced delivery relationships for collections Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Deep understanding of the order-to-cash cycle and experience with collections systems like Zuora or Salesforce Experience managing outsourced vendor relationships and setting service levels Familiarity with the rentals or real estate industry is preferred
