Leading the planning team for non-sterile compounded production, the full-time Manager of Production Planning will manage production planners, develop long-term production plans, and ensure alignment with demand forecasts, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of production planners, ensuring consistent planning practices and prioritization Own the development and maintenance of production plans that align with demand forecasts and inventory policies Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure material availability and confirm the feasibility of production schedules Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in production, capacity, or resource planning, with leadership experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; APICS/CPIM certification is a plus Proficient in inventory management concepts and capable of presenting investment recommendations to senior leaders Experience in pharmaceutical or pharmacy production environments is preferred Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
