Driving operational performance improvement in a remote capacity, the full-time Manager of Operational Excellence will analyze key performance metrics, implement targeted strategies for growth and efficiency, and lead change management efforts across Crossroads Treatment Centers. Key responsibilities Analyze key performance drivers and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes Conduct root cause analyses to identify operational issues and develop sustainable corrective action plans Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience in a similar role PMP certification highly preferred MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field highly preferred Experience working with private equity firms or within a private equity-backed organization highly preferred
