Manager of NP Licensure

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Manager of NP Licensure will manage collaborative practice agreements, oversee physician relationships, and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with collaborating physicians and oversee onboarding processes Build, maintain, and file state-specific collaborative practice agreements and ensure compliance Conduct primary source verification for NP licenses and track licensure status across states Required qualifications Experience with NP/APRN licensure, credentialing, or collaborative practice agreements in a healthcare or telehealth setting Working knowledge of multi-state licensing board processes and primary source verification Ability to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional problems and establish processes Strong documentation skills to maintain clear records of compliance activities Hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into daily workflows
