Supporting the continued growth of the organization, the remote Manager of M&A and Strategy will manage the execution of mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic corporate development initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors. Key responsibilities Support the evaluation and execution of renewable energy M&A transactions and strategic investments Assist in managing sell-side transaction workflows and preparing marketing materials for project divestitures Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate strategic growth opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field 4-7+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy development, investment banking, or M&A advisory Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Experience with renewable energy transactions, including solar and storage projects Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
