Supporting the execution and continuous improvement of governance for enterprise-required learning programs, the full-time Manager of Learning Governance will manage compliance oversight, partner with various stakeholders, and drive process excellence while working onsite in Charlotte, NC. Key responsibilities Support governance and project management activities for Global Required Learning programs to ensure compliance with enterprise standards Lead consultation sessions with enterprise partners to understand governance requirements for learning programs Contribute to governance reporting, dashboards, and analytics to monitor learning compliance and program effectiveness Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in program governance, reporting, analytics, or related functions Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively Experience in a regulated environment or supporting compliance-related programs is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Learning & Development, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related field
