• This role owns the implementation and learning experience for camp directors.
• You will set strategic direction and roadmap for both pillars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and own the strategic direction and roadmap for Implementation and Learning.
• Manage and develop your team of implementation and learning content specialists.
• Direct execution of both pillars, ensuring camps launch confidently and independently.

• You have managed people and set strategy for a SaaS business.
• You have experience with Learning and Implementation roles and data-driven decision making.
• You have represented your work in high-stakes conversations.
