Manager of FinTech Sales

Chicago, ILDescriptionManager of FinTech SalesThe Manager of Finance Tech (Fintech) Sales is an integral, highly-visible role that drives success across the organization. You will manage a team of revenue driving professionals to reach the monthly/annual company and individual quota targets. The Manager defines the vision and strategy for the Fintech Sales team, and coaches the team on best practices and sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Further, the Manager owns the partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success department heads. What you'll do:Create and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our fintech sales processLead a team of revenue driving representatives with established performance metricsForecast, manage team pipeline and report on team outcomesEnable and coach the sales team on best practices and creative sales levers to close deals and drive revenueFoster & build overall relationship with key customers to drive increased adoptionIn partnership with Marketing, create sales collateral to help drive customer adoptionUse technical and business acumen to develop new strategies and align business drivers to AccuLynx solutionsProactively work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goalsWork cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to provide sales perspective and guidance develop coordinated view and consistent measurement of adoptionProvide sales perspective and guidance to product development, releases, pricing strategy, customer escalation, operational process and technology changes What you'll need:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.Proven leadership: 5+ years experience in a SaaS and/or fintech environment/company with history of leading teams and exceeding sales targetsExperience in sales; including account planning, prospecting, running sales calls, and negotiatingBuild relationships with customers and articulate the value of our offeringsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in SalesforceExcellent communication skillsSalary Description$100,000 + Commission
