Responsibilities

This position offers the opportunity to drive key processes and improvements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial operations. Collaborate with senior leadership and make a significant impact on the financial health and strategic direction of the organization.

• Lead the month-end and quarter-end close process for multiple agencies.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, including assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley testing.


• Assist the Director and CFO in improving policies, procedures, and controls while implementing best practices.


• Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting and at least 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience.


• Work experience in Media or Advertising preferred but not required.


• Ability to meet tight deadlines.


• CPA a plus.


• Strong Excel skills are required - PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.


• Knowledge of a large ERP system is required.
