Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of the Manager Development Program to equip managers with essential leadership skills Digitize and modernize development programs, creating scalable digital and self-service experiences Review and optimize the current culture and development portfolio based on user feedback and business needs Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in designing leadership, talent development, or culture programs in a global organization Proven track record in launching and scaling manager development programs Experience managing senior leadership development programs and working with executive coaching providers Strong product mindset with skills in user discovery, prototyping, and continuous improvement Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field
