Manager of Clinician Experience

To enhance clinician engagement and streamline operations, the full-time remote Manager of Clinician Experience will oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, and cross-department coordination for physicians and advanced practice providers from contract signing through their first scheduled shift. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians during onboarding and scheduling, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization Manage nationwide physician scheduling, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, credentials, and shift availability Coordinate training and workflow readiness, maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between clinicians and internal departments Required Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience in healthcare operations, physician relations, or related fields Experience managing complex schedules and operational workflows Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or workflow management systems Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing operational needs
