Manager of Benefit Verification Operations

Leading the Benefit Verification and Authorization teams, the full-time Manager of Benefit Verification Operations will ensure accurate execution of processes, manage team performance, and drive operational improvements in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Benefit Verification and Authorization functions to meet quality and productivity expectations Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps Identify and standardize process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related operations 2+ years of people management experience in healthcare operations Strong knowledge of insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization processes Proven track record in managing teams against productivity and quality metrics Experience with practice management systems and healthcare technology platforms
