Leading a team of 15-20 Staff Accountants, the full-time Manager of Balance Sheet Management will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting through timely balance sheet reconciliations, technical guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee and develop a team responsible for balance sheet reconciliations across multiple hospitals Review complex account reconciliations and provide technical support for accurate financial reporting Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability in reconciliation processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in healthcare Previous experience leading or managing accounting teams Experience with Oracle ERP and familiarity with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARC) Strong background in balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
