Job Description: This position provides leadership on a 24‑hour basis to the Gates Transfer Center ensuring smooth and coordinated intake of patients coming from other facilities or MD offices.
Education and Credentials: Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Bachelor of Science Degree Nursing preferred. Previous Nursing Supervisor experience preferred.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience with at least one (1) year of leadership experience.
