Manager - Nursing Level 2

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population on a 24-hour basis, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a professional practice environment aligned with organizational goals, promote high levels of coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical quality. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or active pursuit of one, RN license or permit, and a minimum of three years of clinical experience. Demonstrates leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and computer use. Certification in a specialty area and higher education such as BSN or Master's degree are preferred.
