Lead a team of network engineers to design, deliver, and maintain enterprise and field network infrastructure. Drive performance, security, and reliability across on-prem, Azure, and hybrid environments, with a focus on Cisco and Fortinet technologies in complex industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of network engineers
Oversee design, implementation, and support of enterprise and field networks
Manage Cisco routing/switching and Fortinet security platforms
Own network architecture across on-prem, Azure, and hybrid environments
Drive network security, performance, and reliability
Implement automation using Terraform and IaC tools
Partner with IT, Security, and Operations teams
Support monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance, documentation, and safe field operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Fortinet certification required
7+ years of network engineering experience (oil & gas or industrial preferred)
2+ years managing/leading a network team
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
Core networking: VLANs, QoS, MPLS, NAT, VPNs
Enterprise networking/security: 802.1x, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, IDS/IPS
Azure networking (vNets, VPN, ExpressRoute, hybrid)
Terraform (required)
Ansible/ARM/CloudFormation (a plus)

Experience with SCADA, OT, or industrial networking
Exposure to private LTE, 5G, CBRS, or point-to-multipoint networks
Monitoring tools (Auvik, SolarWinds, PRTG)
You have 7+ years network engineering with Cisco and Fortinet. You hold Fortinet certification and lead engineering teams. You possess Terraform expertise and Azure hybrid networking experience
