The Manager of the LTC Nursing Unit provides leadership to the nursing care team, ensuring quality care for residents in a Long Term Care facility. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership to the nursing care team 24/7.
- Assess resident needs and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Manage operations, including hiring and terminating staff.
- Discipline and counsel staff as necessary.
- Oversee clinical and skilled nursing activities to ensure quality resident care.
- Responsible for quality improvement outcomes and activities of the unit.
Requirements
Education:
- Associates degree required. BS - Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a clinical setting required.
- 1 year of experience in clinical leadership required.
- 1 year of experience in specific clinical service line of assigned department required.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Registered Nurse upon hire required.
