Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

About the Role:

The Manager role is pivotal in driving the success and operational excellence of the organization within the United States. This position is responsible for overseeing teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects and daily operations align with the company’s strategic goals. The Manager will lead by example, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. They will serve as a key liaison between upper management and staff, facilitating clear communication and timely decision-making. Ultimately, the Manager will contribute to the growth and sustainability of the organization by optimizing processes and motivating their team to achieve outstanding results.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and auto collision estimating.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CCC One and Mitchell Connect

Responsibilities :

• Manage work flow and improve work standards with technicians and office team.
• Assist in writing estimate for DRP's and Non-DRP's
• Ensure work standards are current and accurate. Monitor employees to ensure they follow safety regulations and their daily tasks.
• Oversee body shop operations as well as ensure the technicians are up to date with their annual certification trainings.
• Perform other duties assigned to support the business operations
