Manager, LBS Technology Finance Function Support

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager, LBS Technology Finance Function Support with strong hands‑on Oracle Finance experience to support critical financial applications and business processes. This role requires a working manager who can provide leadership while remaining directly involved in application support, complex production issues, and escalations.

The ideal candidate combines functional Oracle Finance expertise with a strong understanding of core finance processes and the ability to work effectively across technology and business teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or a related field
• Direct Oracle Finance experience
• Hands‑on functional/application support experience within an Oracle Finance environment
• Experience must extend beyond solely infrastructure or end‑user support
• Working knowledge of financial processes and Oracle financial modules
• Strong experience with General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Exposure to additional modules such as:
  • Fixed Assets
  • Projects
  • Cost Accounting
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Cash Management
• Ability and willingness to operate as a hands‑on working manager
• Comfortable becoming directly involved in complex production issues, troubleshooting, and escalations when necessary
