This is a direct hire role and hybrid 3x a week to Lake Forest.
Purpose:
We're hiring a Manager, IT Finance Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance technology solutions, with a focus on Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM) and Finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle EPM strategy, delivery, and support
- Drive Finance systems projects from design through deployment
- Implement AI-driven capabilities for forecasting, reporting, and planning
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes and systems
- Support Finance initiatives within our SAP S/4HANA transformation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of Oracle EPM experience (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM)
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Manufacturing or CPG industry experience preferred
- SAP S/4HANA FICO experience is a plus
