Manager, Investor RelationsParamount Skydance Corporation is seeking a Manager to join the IR team. This individual will play a key role assisting in the day-to-day execution of IR activities during a transformative time for Paramount and the rapidly evolving entertainment marketplace. This position reports to the SVP, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance and involves collaboration with the broader finance, accounting, communications, and legal teams.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings materials, conference presentations, management briefings, and other relevant public company communicationsDevelop and maintain collateral that enables broader tracking and analysis across relevant areas, including reporting for senior leadership (e.g., financial estimates, sell-side research coverage, competitive tracking and benchmarking, shareholder ownership activity, etc.)Develop strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational, and financial developments at Paramount, as well as the broader media, entertainment, and tech sectorsPartner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of external financial messagingAssist in planning and executing investor events (e.g.
investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, etc.)Manage additional strategic projects across finance, with an appetite to contribute beyond core responsibilitiesBasic Qualifications:4-6+ years of relevant experience across sell-side or buy-side equity research, asset management, investment banking, and/or private equityStrong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements, financial and industry models, and capital markets dynamicsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing polished, executive-ready materialsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage demanding timelines around key operating cyclesBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience in the media, entertainment, and/or technology sectorsFamiliarity with financial tools and platforms such as CapIQ, Visible Alpha, etc.CFA designation (or progress toward)Core Competencies:Analytical rigor and financial modelingCollaborative, team-oriented work styleRelationship management and stakeholder engagementIntellectual curiosity and an interest in the media and entertainment industryDiscretion and strong judgment when handling material non-public informationContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on scalability and innovationParamount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
