Elite Edge Partners is seeking a construction professional who can assess property damage, prepare accurate estimates, and turn insurance restoration opportunities into completed projects.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect properties and estimate residential and commercial restoration work.
- Work with customers, insurance adjusters, and carriers on scopes, pricing, supplements, and approvals.
- Close projects and coordinate handoffs to construction teams.
What You Bring
- Must live within 40 miles of White Marsh, Maryland.
- At least 2 years of construction experience.
- Experience supporting insurance restoration projects and property claims.
- Proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility, or similar estimating software.
- Strong customer communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for local site visits. xzgxqkn
Compensation: Competitive base salary, uncapped commission and bonuses, health insurance, retirement match, paid time off, and vehicle and phone allowance.
