Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is seeking an experienced Manager of Inpatient Case Management to join our exceptional team.

Our case management team consists of dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Social Workers (MSWs), and support staff who work collaboratively to deliver outstanding patient care.

License and Certification

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Education

• RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or
• RN-Master’s Degree

Requirements:

• 1 year of leadership
• 3 years of Case Management

Certifications:

• Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).
