The Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation team is looking for a business intelligence manager to join us in building and maintaining end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions that drive business choices. This is your opportunity to be a core part of the team that reduces waste for our business and for our customers.
We need your business intelligence engineering experience to shape the future of packaging data and understanding of the customer experience. You will spearhead high‑visibility projects to design, implement and measure effective solutions for large, complex data spanning many sources and data structures using AWS tools.
We are looking for a builder who can bring deep SQL proficiency, knowledge of data design and warehousing best practices, and the ability to apply statistical/ML/AI solutions to business problems. In this role you will manage our "source of truth" data store and metrics for warehouse automation and customer packaging, oversee ETL design and implementation and curate metrics to support customer experiences across multiple data sources with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Inspire and manage a talented Business Intelligence Engineering team to achieve its goals and development potential
- Define and manage a long‑term vision and portfolio of initiatives to improve the customer experience and business results through world‑class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data‑centric storytelling
- Drive a Business Intelligence roadmap; prioritize insight requests to balance tactical and strategic information needs
- Oversee the definition and governance of key business metrics, build self‑service analytic capabilities, and engineer data‑informed processes that drive business value
- Connect with the Amazon community of data professionals to stay current on technology trends, data tools and techniques to improve team performance
- Create and foster an environment that values and promotes an inclusive approach to problem solving and continuous learning
- Apply appropriate econometric/statistical tools to business problems
- Enable quick development through project management best practices and documentation

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of working with large data warehousing environments
- 10+ years of experience in data warehouse technical architecture, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/analytic tools and environments, including hands‑on SQL coding
Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is 143,400.00 – 194,000.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
