Job Title: Manager – HR Platform Partnerships
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage strategic partnerships with HR technology platforms, payroll providers, and employee benefits administration partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and agreements with HR technology and benefits platform partners.
- Coordinate HR system integrations, implementations, and employee benefits data exchange.
- Collaborate with IT, product, operations, and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA.
- Track partnership performance, identify improvements, and report results to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, employee benefits, or partnership management.
- Experience with platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
- Understanding of API integrations, benefits administration, and data privacy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Preferred: Experience in US employee benefits, insurance carriers, or benefits administration platforms.
