Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for a team of 4 - 6 hardware sustaining engineers.
- Manage multiple concurrent failure analysis and design change projects.
- Engage with customers to review, investigate and resolve escalations.
- Author RCCA and other quality related reports.
- Drive proactive quality improvement in new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years leading and managing a hardware engineering team
- Experience in high-speed digital hardware design, test and de-bug.
- Expertise in hardware quality, failure analysis, root-cause/corrective action (RCCA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
