Aspire Chicago seeks a Manager, Grants Accounting to lead all aspects of grant and contract financial management for mission-driven disability services. This role oversees grant budgeting, compliance, reporting, and reconciliations across federal, state, local, and private awards, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and revenue recognition. The Manager partners with Program and Development teams to develop proposals, monitor spending, and forecast funding needs.
They will supervise key grant accounting processes, support audits, strengthen internal controls, and translate financial data into clear insights that help advance inclusive, person-centered programs across Chicagoland.
