Manager - Grain Division

The team at FARCO seeks an organized Manager – Grain Division to lead daily warehouse and parts operations supporting our grain‑handling facilities. The role ensures operational efficiency through accurate inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance support in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing parts and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for grain‑handling and maintenance components using a web‑based inventory control system.
• Partner closely with operations teams to support scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate vendor orders, returns, and warranty claims.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse environment.
• Unload trucks and verify shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, parts management, and web‑based inventory control systems.
• Experience operating forklifts and/or telehandlers.
• Knowledge of grain‑handling equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or ability to obtain a CDL.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent required.
