Driving strategic transformation, the full-time remote Manager, FP&A will lead a high-performing team responsible for financial reporting, corporate planning, and performance management, ensuring quality outputs for the CFO and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Oversee all corporate FP&A outputs, ensuring quality and zero unexplained variances Lead the Annual Operating Plan process, including timeline management and presentation of the consolidated P&L Manage the FP&A close calendar and develop team members through regular performance reviews and mentorship Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting Proven ability to manage a monthly financial close cycle from start to finish Experience in producing financial materials for board or investor presentations Strong stakeholder management skills with comfort presenting to C-suite executives Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business is preferred
