Seeking a full-time remote Manager, FP&A, this role will manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while providing significant visibility and direct exposure to executive leadership. Key responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and other business leaders to support financial decision-making Prepare board decks, KPI reporting, executive presentations, and financial analyses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis Exposure to board reporting and executive-level presentations Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation abilities
