Job Description

A premier financial services firm is seeking a senior-level reporting specialist to oversee compliance operations, mentor accounting staff, and manage key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, set professional goals, and conduct performance reviews for the financial reporting team.
• Supervise the compilation and filing of critical regulatory disclosures, including Form PF and Form SLT.
• Act as the primary liaison for institutional clients and external auditors regarding accounting issues.
• Design training programs on updated financial rules, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS frameworks.
• Manage engagement budgets while assisting with fund accounting workflows during peak cycles.
  

Requirements

Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. CPA or CFA designation is highlypreferred.

4–6 years ofaccounting experience within a Hedge Fund, Private Equity Administrator, orfinancial audit firm.

Deepunderstanding of complex derivatives and investment fund products (Hedge Fundexperience strongly preferred).

At least 3years of direct supervisory experience over investment fund accountants orauditors.

Strongtechnical writing skills and the ability to travel for client engagements asneeded.
